Life drawing is one of the Fundamentals of modern art and we are excited to be able to offer this opportunity for you to take part.

Doors will open at the venue at 5:45 and close at 6:00pm sharp, so make sure you are there on time!. You will be able to spend 2 hours with Art Deco Arts, who have invited an experienced and gracious model to strike some quick poses whilst you get warmed up, then gradually longer poses where your creativity can flourish.

You will be guided with ideas on how to express your creativity throughout the session including using line, form and values.

Bring along your easel, backing board and clips or just a backing board and clips and set up with a chair. There will be limited easels available. The choice for drawing is up to you. It may be pencil, charcoal, conte pencil, pastels or water colour. Bulky news print paper will be supplied for the warm-ups. You may like to bring some quality paper for the longer drawings such as an A3 Art Journal.

There will be a short intermission where we provide the nibbles, you bring a beverage and we discuss how we are going so far. The session will conclude at 8:00pm.
